"Our Spirit" is a 21+ minute suite which started to be written in 2004 and was finally finished in 2018. Fourteen years in the making, here it is for all of you to enjoy.

Part One: IS THIS THE END?

The greatest mystery lies before these patient eyes
My sight gets lost far beyond the Line
The blowing wind I could only hear
As a new answer came to me

Sea and Sky become One
The open door which says your time's come
I don't know how it's going to be
But I hope I will be free

It's far away or even too near
It's up to fate or just how much you really care

Part Two: THE OTHER SIDE

I can't be seen nor be heard
I wander without a trace
What is happening I can't tell
But for sure this is not the End

Where are the answers to understand
Why am I still here?
I won't accept these results of fate
A new door must be opened somewhere near

The heat grows inch by inch
Dark caves barely lightened
By the flames of the Ill-hearted

Scary place, evil smiles
Low, growling sounds echo around

The Underworld, nowhere else to go
Unable to stop I'm moving on

Reaching its centre with distressing uncertainty
Someone seems waiting, waiting for me

b. "Encounter With An Evil Force"

Welcome to my place
Cozy and warm, isn't it?
The Underworld is what I rule
And there's simply no exit

This is the only place
There's nothing else out there
Unless you want to remain
A desperate ghost forever

A mighty realm in the utmost depths
Your inside made you come down
The darkest things you've tried to deny
It's time for them to come out

No more denial, no more regrets
No love and care for volatile light
Time to suffer the consequence
Of your rotten past life

Terror almost gone, yet confusion makes its way
And its ill-will brings the fear back, what could be done?
Corrupted images form before my sight
Hardly possible this is happening now

There's no point in fighting against it
No need to fear a wicked force
Treacherous lies is all it goes for

I sense the End is drawing near
A freedom bell is all I hear

Going up, finally
